AUTHENTIC EDGE is a fully customisable program, which means sessions can be worked into busy schedules.

We understand how busy you are. Consistency is important, so you can book 40, 60 or 90 min sessions* at regular intervals depending on what is possible and what is required.

Your business only pays for completed need-to-have sessions rather than valueless nice-to-have ones.

Credibility is a core company value for us, and meaningful impact drives the decision-making of our coaches when they consider frequency and cadence of sessions.

We believe in human intelligence when it comes to communicating with our clients - we refuse to rely on AI for art and connection. Between sessions participants receive behaviour and insight nudges at structured intervals which are written and programmed by their coach.

Reminders from each previous session, in quick easy to read automated emails at intervals of 1, 3, and 6 days (per the Ebbinghaus Forgetting Curve) improve the retention of information and embedding of change over time.

Furthermore, our coaches are available to their clients Mon-Fri during working hours for email support or ad hoc Q&A.

Regular impact and value surveying...

To ensure program effectiveness we survey each candidate in a number of ways at various touch points throughout.

1. Onboarding survey captures self-assessed characteristics like confidence, engagement, and job satisfaction. It also includes high performance habit tracking such as those from Steven Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

2. Each session is completed with a very short self-reflection, marking the quality of the session, feedback and a written commitment of agreed actions.

3. At 3, 6 and 9 months internvals (depending on program length) we capture progress on goals, habit tracking, and impact assessments.

4. A final impact report is generated to observe, assess and evaluate the return on investment after 3, 6 or 9 months (per program duration)
