NEURO-

We are all born with a brain, they all differ, our brains are one major way we are naturally unique from each other. We are all different; we are neurodiverse. â€‹

Within the ecosystem of a healthy pond, it can be said there is a diverse biology. In other words there are different types of living things within it, none are better or worse than others. Simply different, each with different characteristics.

This is the best way to understand what is meant by neurodiversity. I.E. Within the spectrum of potential neurologies (people), there is broad and complex diversity (differences). None are better or worse than the others.

Neurodiversity and neurodivergence differ but are often confused as meaning the same thing. In the example of the pond, neurodiversity speaks to all living creatures, neurodivergent might be one specific or general grouping of creatures. Frogs or amphibians, for example.

We specialise in working with them all because its important to recognise the strength is unique characteristics.

DYNAM-

Understanding the natural diversity of human minds is key to understanding the potential of coaching. In that, everyone has agency, autonomy, aspirations, and a unique psychology and genius within them.

Within each person are dynamic forces. Forces are what drive us, motivate us and influence our actions. Some are conscious, others are unconscious. These forces exert themselves on us and shape who we are.

Coaching focuses primarily on becoming aware of the forces that govern mindset and behaviour. Forces such as values, the search/need for meaning, strengths, motives and ambitions, to name but a few.

IQ

Our philosophy is that in order to empower others to performance, wellbeing and motivation, the right thing to do is to nurture the natural, that is, the authentic intelligence of each individual.

While good coaching can unlock a strategy of immediate action, great coaching unlocks long-term capability by leveraging individual forces to generate learning, growth and development. Ultimately, to create change.
